Welding processing
We perform welding of iron, stainless, and aluminum, according to the following standards.
① TIG welding…Thin steel sheet with more than 0.8mm sheet thickness
② Fiber laser welding…Thin steel sheet with more than 0.5mm sheet thickness
Additionally, we offer spot welding, semi-automatic welding, and stat welding.

Stainless 1.0t: 1.4mm, stainless 0.5t: 1.2mm, and aluminum 1.0t: 1.6mm

TIG welding SUS: 2.3mm, SPC: 2.6mm, and AL: 4.5mm with 0.6mm – 2.3mm of distortion degree

Stainless: 1.0t and TIG welding: 3.2mm with 0.1mm (almost no) distortion
